It is the perfect oak for those who want well-being and security. Holiday home of approximately 70m2, consisting of 2 double bedrooms, each with en suite bathroom, and a living room with equipped kitchen and a comfortable sofa bed. The maximum capacity of the apartment is 7 beds. Upon request we can add an additional single bed in one of the 2 bedrooms. The entire apartment is equipped with 3 Smart TVs, 3 inverter air conditioners (hot/cold) and free and protected high-speed Wi-Fi connection. The linen service is included in the rate, as are cleaning (and towel changes) which are carried out every two days, for long-term stays. Outside the structure there is a private car park with a gate with manual code, which our guests can use for free.On the ground floor inside a cafe there is a breakfast room available from 6:00 to 12:00, where an Italian breakfast will be served (e.g. cappuccino and croissant).
